Vintage Wooden Brick Mold Clay Form

These vintage wooden brick molds were once used in brickworks to shape clay bricks stamped with a maker’s mark. Each mold features a carved wooden insert displaying raised lettering, which would imprint the mark into the clay before firing.

Constructed from solid wood and reinforced with iron banding and fasteners, these molds show the wear and patina of years of industrial use. The interior carving creates a striking graphic element, making them wonderful decorative objects today.
