Wholesale Customers

- How do I set up a wholesale account?

You need to provide us with a copy of your business license or tax ID. You can email it to hello@goldenoldiesantiques.com. Please write to us to check the if your zip code qualifies to open an account. 

- Where can I find your current catalog?

Our catalog is available on our website which can accessed through logging into your account. If you can't find the item on the website, please get in touch.

- Where can I find product news and other updates about your company?

You can sign up for our newsletter and you will be sent an update whenever a new collection is added to the catalog.

Policies

Shipping 

GOA (Golden Oldies Antiques) determines the method of shipping based on factors such as weight, dimensions and volume. Unauthorized refusals of shipments will result in payment of all shipping charges and a re-stocking fee may apply. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

$350 Minimum Order at Golden Oldies Antiques  

 FREIGHT: We recommend a minimum order of $350 to help offset the shipping expenses charged by the various carriers. On all freight orders there is a standard minimum delivery charge of $150, thus our recommendation of orders $350+.

Please keep in mind we have our customers best interests in mind and want you to succeed with our products!

 

Claims

GOA strives to provide our clients with high quality merchandise shipped with carrier-approved materials. We understand damages and defects may occur and we apologize for the inconvenience. All GOA products are inspired by history and made for today. Artisans from around the world handcraft many of our products - there will be variations in color, size, and finish. We believe these irregularities give the pieces character and are part of the design, which enhance the beauty and uniqueness of each piece.

CLAIMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. CLAIMS NOT REPORTED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note: Photos are required for damage claims submission. To expedite the process, please submit a photo of the overall piece, a photo showing a close up of the damages and a photo showing any noticeable damage to the packaging. Please submit your claims to hello@goldenoldiesantiques.com

All original boxes and packing material must be retained to have your damage claim processed. If your item arrived on a pallet and there is noticeable damage, please be sure to advise the delivery driver, make a notation of this on the Bill of Landing and contact us right away before the truck leaves.


GOA must authorize all returns, adjustments, deductions or charge backs. A customer service representative will contact you within 4 business days once your damage claim form has been submitted.

The beauty of our antique and vintage item is in the imperfections that gives each item a unique and interesting look. Therefore we have a no return, no refund and no exchange policy unless your item arrives damaged.  If you receive a damaged item, please see the above Claims section.

Our goal is to give you all the information needed to assist you in making a decision with your purchase. If you are unfamiliar with the nature of a specific product please contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchase.
